Hassia's SVP - Stickpack Forming, Filling and Sealing Machines for Powders and Granulates The SVP range can be equipped for the food, pharmaceutical/ cosmetic and the dairy industry. Functional description : 
Flat wrapping material is taken from a reel and cut into separate strips. A trimming edge on both sides
of the web material strip, which is discharged via an extraction blower device for recycling, provides for
an exact run of the web material. Via forming pieces and a forming tube, the web material length will be
formed in a joint-to-joint position. Sealing strips, fed from rolls, will be fed in between forming tube and
folded web material. Sealing provides an absolutely tight longitudinal seam.
At each machine cycle, combined transverse sealing tools (in contoured design for the header seam) simultaneously provide the top sealing seam of the filled StickPack and the bottom seam of the next StickPack. Cut-off blades apply a tear-open perforation to the header seam. Filling is effected by cycles via the fillers adapted in their system and design to the relevant product requirements. A separation device will separate the finished and absolutely tightly sealed StickPack from the packaging line.
