Universal screen printing machine for the decoration of cylindrical, slightly conical, oval und flat articles

Equipment :
  • round indexing table with 16 holders

  • mechanical and optical registration, clockwise or anti-clockwise with only one register holder (servo-controlled)
  • reduced tooling costs by using simplified holders (especially oval) and cheap transfer toolings

  • all print movements (rotation, screen, squeegee, height) are computer- controlled; print length, diameter, conicity etc. will be parameterized at the monitor; screen lift correction for each colour is possible during machine operation
