Hassia's FVT - Sachet forming, filling, and sealing machines for wet tissues Functional description : Flat wrapping material is taken from a reel and fed by means of guide rollers as a front and rear pouch material strip into the sealing tool. Longitudinal and transverse sealing jaws, complete with individual temperature control devices, will seal the sachet in U-shape fashion. Tissue material will also be taken off a reel and fed into the packaging machine in takeoff direction and folded longitudinally. After the tissue folded into 5 layers has been cut off, this will be inserted into the pouch by means of round blades as well as insertion blades. Perfume or cleaning liquid will be filled in additionally. Then, the next machine cycle will cause the sachets to be hermetically sealed. A blade integrated into the transverse sealing tool will separate the individual packs from the remaining line.
