Hassia's FVP - Sachet forming, filling and sealing machines for dry products FVL for Food FVL for Dairy FVL for Pharma / Cosmetics Functional description : Flat wrapping material is taken from a reel and fed by means of guide rollers as a front and rear sachet material strip into the sealing tool. Longitudinal and transverse sealing jaws, complete with individual temperature control devices, will seal the pouch in U-shape fashion. The filling units adapted to the relevant products will carry out a precise volume filling of the pouches. Then, the next machine cycle will cause the sachets to be hermetically sealed; at the same time the bottom of the following sachet will be sealed also. A cutting blade integrated into the transverse sealing device will separate the individual packs from the rest of the line.
