Autoprod's RO-A6 Sealing System Pre-cut lidding RO-A6 : Seals containers up to 3" in diameter at up to 120 containers per minute. RO-A4 : Seals containers from 2" to over 4" in diameter at up to 60 per minute (3 heads) or 80 per minute (4 heads).  The Autoprod RO-A6 Sealing system features a pick and place lidding mechanism that is suitable for pre-cut lidding material. A variable speed in-feed timing screw feeds the containers into captivator blocks under the six heat seal heads. The lidding material is placed and sealed. The heat seal heads are adjustable for time temperature and pressure for a consistent seal and greater line efficiency. RO-A4 incorporates all of the features of the RO-A6 except that it is available with either 3 or 4 heat seal heads for lower output applications.
